Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of balvem.com and any purchase you make from Balvem. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
1. Who We Are

2. Who May Order
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and are of the age required in your country to enter a binding contract.
3. Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can and photograph them faithfully. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between a photograph and the item is normal and is not a defect. Specifications, prices and availability may change without notice.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we detect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and include any taxes required to be displayed in your country. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our providers and we never store your card details.
6. Shipping
Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or other events outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing there or here reduces the consumer rights given to you by the law of your own country of residence.
8. Warranty
Our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair. To make a claim, email supportbalvem@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the store unlawfully, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All text, images, product photography, logos and design on this site belong to Balvem and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data, arising from use of this site. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that your local consumer law makes non-excludable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
Because we sell worldwide, the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country of residence applies to your purchase, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. We encourage you to email us first: most matters are resolved without any formal process.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here at the moment you place your order.
