Every Balvem order ships with tracking. Your tracking number and link are sent by email the moment your parcel is dispatched, so the fastest route is to open that email and click the link.
Cannot Find the Email?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email supportbalvem@gmail.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we will resend your tracking details.
Tracking Not Updating?
Carriers sometimes go quiet for a few days, especially while a parcel clears customs. If there has been no movement for more than 7 days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Delivery Estimates
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Domestic delivery: 3 to 7 business days
- International delivery: 7 to 20 business days
